Marcela is a lawyer specialized in administrative law and public contracts, public utilities and finance law. She has taken part in some of the most relevant operations of integration in Colombia, preparing every aspect related with procedures of non-objection in antitrust matters; successfully achieving closure in complex transactions. She is a regular speaker in courses and seminars of competition law. She has also been a part of privatization processes of companies in different sectors, particularly in the area of telecommunications law, the hotel sector and the electrical energy sector.
